At Bees Lighting, we're committed to delivering your light fixtures with care and efficiency. We want your shopping experience to be as clear and straightforward as possible, especially when it comes to getting your items to your door.

Shipping at a Glance

Here’s a quick overview of our shipping options:
🛍️ Standard Orders: FREE shipping on orders over $99! (Flat fee below $99).
📦 Processing Time: Most items ship in 1-3 business days; some in 3-5 business days. Lead times for made-to-order items are on the product page.
📏 Specialty & Commercial Items: Items 48 inches or longer on any side, or requiring special handling, have a shipping surcharge.
🚚 Delivery Tracking: You'll get tracking info via email once your order ships. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule delivery appointments for large items.

Standard Shipping

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States! For orders under $99, a flat rate shipping fee will apply.

  • Processing Time: Most in-stock items are processed and ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days. Some items may require 3 to 5 business days for processing, and this will be noted on the individual product page.
  • Delivery Time: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey.

Specialty & Commercial Item Shipping (Includes Made-to-Order)

Due to their size, weight, specialized handling requirements, or custom production, certain items fall into our 'Specialty & Commercial' shipping category. These items are excluded from our standard free shipping offer and will incur a separate shipping surcharge.

  • Defining Specialty & Commercial Items: This category primarily includes items where any one dimension (length, width, or height) is 48 inches or longer, items requiring specialized freight, significant weight, or custom production. These items are clearly marked on their product pages.
  • How it Works:
    • When you add a 'Specialty & Commercial' item to your cart, a specific shipping surcharge will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This surcharge is in addition to any standard shipping fees that may apply to other items in your cart under $99.
    • This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with specialized freight, larger packaging, or custom delivery services required for these unique items.
  • Lead Times for Made-to-Order: Many of our commercial or specialized products are made-to-order, meaning they are crafted specifically for you after your purchase. The estimated lead time for production is clearly stated on each individual product page. This lead time is the time it takes to produce the item before it ships.
  • Delivery Time: Once a Specialty & Commercial item is ready for shipment, estimated delivery times can vary. You will receive an estimated delivery window and tracking details. For large freight deliveries, our carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Important Notes

  • Order Processing: All processing times listed are estimates and apply to business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Live Stock: For items showing "live stock," this indicates current inventory levels. Actual processing times will still apply.
  • Exclusions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
  • Damages: Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@beeslighting.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
